Delivery & Shipping Policy
Shipping: Every order will be shipped either on the same day or the following business day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
While delivery times may vary (depending on factors such as public holidays, natural weather events, etc.), we anticipate most deliveries within 5-8 business days based on your location.
Special Occasions (Birthdays, Mother’s Day, etc.): For orders scheduled for a specific date, such as a birthday or a holiday like Mother’s Day, we do our absolute best to optimize our logistics so that your package arrives on or as close to that date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact specific day, as carrier delays are beyond our control. We highly recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely arrival.
Tracking: After your order is shipped, an email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you. Please note that many carriers do not scan shipments daily at every destination, so we appreciate your patience if updates are not immediate.
